Cookie Policy

Browser storage, optional services and how to change your preferences.

Review draft — not yet effectiveEnglish is the sole authoritative language. This draft does not amend an existing agreement.

1. Scope and operator

1.1This policy explains cookies, local storage and similar technologies on the Uniforce website operated by Trust B Investor Ltd., Israeli company number 515859346. The Privacy Policy explains our contact details, processing purposes, recipients and your rights.

1.2Cookies are small pieces of data a website asks your browser to store and may receive on later requests. Local storage is held in your browser and read by website code rather than automatically sent with every request. Similar technologies include those forms of browser storage and any pixels or identifiers identified in our inventory.

2. Technologies and purpose categories

2.1Necessary storage remembers your privacy choices and supports functions you request. Analytics technologies, if introduced, would measure use of the website and help us improve it. Marketing technologies, if introduced, would measure campaigns or support advertising.

2.2No analytics or marketing technology is currently activated by this website’s preference panel. Before introducing one, we will identify its provider, purpose, information used and storage duration and request a fresh choice where required. A saved category selection does not authorize a new, undisclosed purpose. Necessary storage does not itself authorize optional analytics or marketing.

3. Current inventory and external resources

3.1The first-party preference record below stores essential, analytics and marketing selections, a choice version and the time of your choice. It is not a marketing cookie and does not itself load analytics or advertising tools.

3.2When you submit an enquiry, necessary first-party session storage helps prevent duplicate submissions and remember the delivery result in the current tab. It stores a random submission reference, a SHA-256 fingerprint of the submitted details, the delivery status and, when returned, a scheduling link. It does not store the form field values. The fingerprint is used to recognize repeated details, not for analytics or advertising.

3.3Our website requests the Figtree font stylesheet from Google Fonts when a page loads. Your browser contacts that service to obtain the stylesheet and font resources, which reveals the connection information needed to deliver them. This request occurs independently of the optional analytics and marketing choices. Further information about external recipients and your rights is in the Privacy Policy.

3.4If you choose an external booking, social or other link, the destination may receive connection information and use its own cookies or storage. Review its privacy notice and controls. A link does not mean the destination’s advertising technology is embedded on every Uniforce page.

Browser session restoration may retain the record.

4. Choices and withdrawal

4.1Use Cookie settings in the website footer or on this page to reopen the preference panel. You may accept all optional categories, reject them with Essential only, or save individual choices. Rejecting optional categories does not prevent ordinary access to the website.

4.2Changing or withdrawing a choice applies to future optional processing after the change takes effect. It does not automatically erase information already lawfully received by a provider. Contact privacy@uniforce.work to exercise applicable rights over that information.

4.3If your browser cannot save a change, we will tell you and keep optional categories off for the current page session. The choice may not be remembered for a later visit. You can clear this site’s stored data to remove an earlier saved choice.

5. Browser storage and service boundaries

5.1Local storage has no browser-enforced expiration and remains until cleared by you or the website. Removing cookies alone may not remove a local-storage record. You can manage site data through your browser; clearing the preference record causes the website to ask again. Blocking necessary storage may prevent preferences from being remembered or affect a requested function.

5.2Session storage is separate from local storage and is scoped to the current browser tab session. The enquiry record helps preserve duplicate-submission protection after a reload. Closing the tab normally ends that session, although browser session restoration may restore its data. Server-side request protection separately uses hashed request and client identifiers with a 24-hour duplicate-protection window; it is not a browser cookie or an advertising identifier.

5.3Your preference is specific to the browser and site context in which it is saved. This inventory covers this website. A separately operated Uniforce workspace may use additional session, authentication or security storage, which must be described in the notice presented for that service. Your website preference does not automatically update an external provider’s or workspace’s settings.

6. Changes and contact

6.1Contact privacy@uniforce.work for questions about browser storage and privacy choices. We will update this policy when the technologies, purposes or relevant choices change, identify the revised version and provide notice of material changes as required. Where a change requires a new consent choice, we will request it before activating the affected optional processing.
